EPACA Skills development programme “English for PA communications in Brussels”

EPACA invites EPACA members and their staff to a skills development workshop dedicated to “English for PA communications in Brussels” on Friday, 26 January 2018 from 12.30 to 14.00.
We have all seen badly expressed communications materials, produced from even the most prestigious of organisations.
In this workshop, Colin Mackay will draw from over 20 years of experience in consultancies, trade associations, corporations and as founder of the Brussels Writing Bureau, to show where people go wrong in public written communications. Whether it be a press release, a position paper or a presentation, Colin will guide us through the perils and pitfalls of writing in English, showing both best practices and also the deadly sins to be avoided.
The workshop is aimed at all those required to produce communications materials, both English and non-English. The format will be an informal presentation, with plenty of opportunities to pose questions and for discussion.
